We require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining 70% due 60 days before departure. We accept bank transfer, credit card and Western Union. Payment details are provided after we confirm your itinerary.

Yes — itinerary adjustments can be made free of charge up to 45 days before departure. Changes within 45 days may incur supplier amendment fees, which we pass on at cost.

Most of our safaris are suitable for children aged 5 and above. We recommend private safaris for families with young children as it allows flexible scheduling. Some luxury camps have minimum age requirements — we’ll flag these when designing your itinerary.

Cancellations more than 90 days before departure: full refund less a $150 processing fee. 60–89 days: 20% fee. 30–59 days: 40% fee. Under 30 days: 70% cancellation fee. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
